Bracket Upgrade & Replacement Service – Heat-Resistant ABS+ with Metal Pins

We’re proud to stand behind the products we supply — whether you’ve ordered directly from Cargo-Nets Team or previously bought a kit from JC Clubsport. While we are a completely separate company, having purchased only the design rights and social media pages from JC Clubsport at the end of 2023, we want to ensure anyone affected by earlier bracket issues is properly supported.

Why Offer This Bracket Replacement?

JC Clubsport brackets were historically made from PLA plastic, which, although strong, is unfortunately very sensitive to heat. With cabin temperatures in hot weather exceeding normal limits, some brackets have been prone to softening or melting.

Since launching Cargo-Nets Team in January 2024, we’ve invested over £3000 in advanced 3D printing technology. As of July 2025, we exclusively manufacture all brackets using high-temperature ABS+ material, which is resistant up to 80°C+. Additionally, for brackets that require them, we now use reinforced metal pins to prevent any chance of failure.

Who Qualifies for Replacement?

• Cargo-Nets Customers (since January 1st, 2024): You’re entitled to a free replacement if you’ve experienced bracket melting. Simply email us a photo or video of the affected part at [email protected].
• JC Clubsport Customers (since 2020): We’re offering a heavily discounted upgrade kit for £18 (including UK shipping). If you're outside the UK, just email us for a low-cost shipping quote — thanks to the small package size, international rates are very reasonable.

Please note: We will require a clear photo of the damaged bracket(s) before sending replacements. This helps us ensure it's a genuine heat-related failure and supply you with the correct parts.
